subscribing online, use a catch-all email address
with that websites name at the start e.g. yahoo@myemailaddress.com.
This way you will be able to track if they have
broken their privacy policy. |

Set up a seperate email address
for receiving subscriptions and signing up to online services,
to keep them separate from your other emails. |
