New Self Serve Client Console Launched

In an effort to continually improve our customer service and to streamline our own business processes online Channel 6 Multimedia have launched a new self serve client login console.

The client console is a web based jobs management console that allows customers to submit and track online orders, maintenance requests, technical support queries as well as make payments online and update their account details.

With over one hundred customers across the UK and overseas, the company has taken proactive steps to develop the console in order to ensure a consistently high quality of service is delivered.

The client console is provided free of charge to all new and existing customers and includes free technical support.
