Design and development of a CD-ROM to help deaf and blind users educate others of the impairment.

To enable both blind and deaf people to use the CD-ROM a sophisticated keyboard controlled, visible and audible navigation system was developed. The CD-ROM also included a Microsoft Agent help character with text to speech engine.
